For my own iPad. Settings/Safari/Adavanced/Website data/Delete all. Does nothing but close the list. Open it and the list is populated again. Sites I have not been to. I must delete each line manually only for them to reappear. Only app is the RTIPanel. Apple support was nothing more than a bunch of yes sir, please, may we, horseshit. I would rather get shit from you guys. Any ideas? I have advertising limited selected, location off and what ever else I could do.

Are you just trying to clear your browser history, or clear everything?

I simply want to do the method I described above. List of websites that are legit such as eBay, harbor freight, CEPro and others. I have not been to them, can not remove them with the delete all button. Must delete line by line but they come right back even if haven't been to any site since clearing. They simply start populating the list again. Would like to stop this and clear them. I don't need to clear history, erase favs or anything else.
Clear history works for sites I have been too. And only builds from recent sites.

They have higher levels of support- as annoying as it is, I would ask for them.

Are those sites bookmarked in Safari, or part of the Favorites that are displayed in a blank Safari tab? I think Safari may do some pre-caching (to grab the website logo etc) for those items, and a quick test on my phone showed similar behavior to what you've described.

No sir. Not book marked, not a fav. Only have 5 favs. Data list sits at 19 London right now. Have only been on this site and google today since clearing.

Could be onto something. Should only be the App Store. But for some reason I have my wife's contacts on my iPad. But as the list grows, many are from sites I only I would visit. But have not since starting this thread.
Actually I don't have any contacts. They are all from my wife's phone. Apple sucks.

They try to make their stuff do too much for the user and it really becomes a burden. One of my clients has an iMac and they're remodeling a large part of their house, including the office. That means the computer is using WiFi and, being a three story house, it needs more than one device to provide it. The wife complained that the iMac was slow and when I checked to see which Airport it was connecting to, it was always the Extreme. I changed the SSID of the Express, cleared the list in Network Preferences and only left the Express (which is only 20' away) and what does this POS do? It connects to the Extreme first.

I'm about to open a window and see how much distance I can get if I launch it like a discus.
