We've all seen them, somebody installs them, those displays outside of conference rooms (recessessed, or surface mounted to the wall) that let everyone know what's going on in that room.......


Quoting an AV project and I was asked to quote the room schedule displays also. Just starting to research it and of course they need the bid ASAP.......

Have use BrightSign for this a few times. They seem to work well, but if you're not a graphics design guy it might be a good idea to look into subbing the layout part of configuring them out to someone who is. The worst part is instructing the customer how to update them later, and fixing them when they upload the wrong file to the wrong player.

Extron looks to have a slick solution also but don't do them either.


In searching there are some pretty slick looking solutions that integrate with various calanders to help ease the end users pain of creating the schedules.
