This is a picture of the box it was shipped in. I am waiting to here from Snap AV before I open it up to see if there is an inner box.

Why? If its a CDi 1000 or 2000 you can easily add their DSP to it if for some odd reason a non Episode labeled CDi amp was sent to you.

I know, I have done that before. Just my choice to wait, I am in no hurry.

doesnt matter whats inside. If its wrong, it will be taken care of. if its right, then its just a bad label. Me, I couldnt wait to open it up and see whats inside! LOL. I want to know if its got the Episode label and if loaded. Not sure what waiting on Snap response does for the situation. My guess is snap says "open it up!" lol. But to each his own.

Thanks for the follow through Slim!

99% of what we install the customer has never heard of. Years ago we HAD TO have Klipsch as I assumed EVERY ONE heard of those. Nope. Three years later we cancelled dealership. I prefer products now that no one has heard of.

Sure, "open it up" :-) Either way we stand behind it and don't want to hold up a job. Monday am we will be able to check warehouse inventory and shipping information to get to the bottom of it. As has been noted the difference is only in the EQ settings, otherwise the same killer amp. Sorry for the troubles and confusion!

Gpaul, for point out that all is needed is to have the DSP loaded if for some reason it is not preloaded, I will graciously accept the free CDi2000 you now wish to send to me. Thanks ;-)

Oh boy. Have I heard that one way too many times. That reminds me, waiting on a check right now from a client. Grrrrr.

I was thinking some may have heard of crown, but I don't think I've ever encountered a customer that's heard of sonance. That said, most have never heard of probably 90% of the speaker brands.

They've all heard of Bose, so we can see that "hearing of" something is worthless.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

Refresh me on how to post a picture.

Just to close this out we confirmed our 1000s have this label from the factory in addition to our standard corner labels on our boxes. But enclosed are the Episode silkscreens with our settings loaded. We are working with the factory to update the label they add for their inventory control. So in summary there are no issues other than some confusion generated by the label. 2000s are unaffected.
