Any of you guys have audio dropouts with Tivo Bolt? Samsung 2016 KS8000, Integra receiver 2016, Comcast. Video is fine; client reports that he gets only audio dropouts; I am guessing the receiver resyncs to the audio when something is wrong with the incoming Comcast stream. Latest firmware, only started happening recently. My other Tivo installs are with Fios; no issues with them. I have a second HDMI cable going directly to the TV; I might just switch it and use optical for sound.

This seems like a variant of the Samsung TV audio dropout with Comcast. In that case the only sure fix I've found is using the analog stereo feed from the cable box.
