Or parts?

A client came back from an international trip with one of these:

For reference, these things are somewhere between 20" and 24" high.

The site is [Link: jarre.com]

Someone in his group of friends played the thing way too loud and blew out the tweeters (behind the "sunglasses") or the tweeter amp. I sent a message to the company about service or parts and got no response. I figured I'd ask you guys about this and then try the company again.

Anybody know someone in the US who can fix this thing?
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

If it's the tweeter I have to think PartsExpress would have something that would work IF you can get it taken apart and put back together!

I've now had four emails with them.

It takes them two days to respond to an email. That first one I wrote about was ignored for two weeks.

They want us to ship it to them and if they conclude that the problem was a manufacturing flaw, they'll pay us back for the shipping and fix it.

They don't mention where it gets shipped to. It was made in the PRC, so probably China.

They don't mention what the possibilities are if they determine that someone played the thing way too loud and blew the amps.

The tweeter doesn't play, but I rapped the thing on the jaw and the two tweeters crackled to life for a moment. The bass plays but it's horribly distorted and low in volume. I don't think replacement drivers will suffice!
