Jeez, wouldn't it be wonderful if someone pulled back the curtain and told us that HDMI was just a big goof to help us appreciate component and other types of video!
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

Solution - plugin that when you search for lets say Ford, it also searches for Chevy, Toyota, GMC, etc in non visible web pages. Thus destroying the value of the ISP data.

The FCC is now owned by the ISPs. What little the FCC used to do is now history.

We need an App, inspired by Jabberwocky that constantly searches for things, visits sites, and gives the "researchers" a varied diet to chew on. Any actual data should be heavily encrypted.

Over the long term, knowing what someone searched for may not be very useful marketing information. I read an account about a childless middle aged female executive who purchased a baby shower gift for a niece. This was a one time purchase, but the woman was bombarded with baby this and baby that for weeks after that brief research and singular purchase. I will research subjects that will never be associated with anything that I have purchased or will purchase. (perhaps a friend asked me a question and I wanted to educate myself)

There are some academics, probably working for someone scary, who can develop a disturbingly accurate profile of Internet surfers by logging site visits.

My Jabberwocky application would need to be very clever, else an observer might be able to filter some of the noise, based on more coherent web use during certain hours. Cipher fans might want to read the Wikipedia article on OTP (One-time pad) for information on how Jabberwocky might be busted.

Or we could do a little research before we go to the pooling booth and make a better decision when we place our votes.

The problem with that is that there has to be a good choice to start with, not the lesser of two, well, you know what's!

Seems like that is what happened....

Garbage in -- garbage out. I did my very best at the polling booth. Next time I'll need to get ahead of the polling booth.

If you ever questioned whether the country was run by the government or corporations, you've got your answer.

Trump and his cronnies have 4 years to rape your country blind then vanish. If you thought he was actually going to give a sh#t about anybody else, I've got a bridge for sale!

It's a conspiracy to have VPNs to make more money.

Or better yet to make them more popular so the government can look into loop holes and such in the VPN.

Congress needs a boot up the ass, then we need to rip their arms off and beat them over the head with them. Once that's done, we need to move up the food chain (or down, depending on view).

I would pay to see that!

Think it would be better if you beat them with 15" black dildos, all of the GOPs biggest nightmare, non-white dicks!
