I have gone through several older generations (200/400/600) Wattbox units that have failed over time with network card either not working or intermittently. Is is a known problem.
Specifically, my 600/12 port has been acting bad since last night, with constant disconnecting and unstable, if not impossible, access via IP address.

That was a used unit and I don't have original invoice or purchaser/dealer info. I am pretty sure SnapAV will not honor warranty without it.

Any suggestion to fix it? This is really frustrating as those units are otherwise great!

If not, anyone selling a new or recent WB-300VB-IP-5. I have a recent 700 with 12 port for my rack that works fine. I need a smaller unit for my basement to reboot my modem and router. Ideally 5 port - could get away with 3.

Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum. I am the Product Manager for WattBox. Sorry you are experiencing issues with the 600 but it will need to be replaced. Happy to provide you with local authorized dealers who can offer a 300 series for your needs.

No issues with the newer products. At least with the hardware. OVrC seems to be a little flaky at times though. Not sure if that is due to updates to the servers or what.

But even with the occasional flakiness, it's more accurate than bluebolt
Civil War reenactment is LARPing for people with no imagination.

The 700 series 12 port and 5 port, I have had no problems with.
I may be schizophrenic, but at least I have each other.

The OP is confusing. Sounds like a dealer/installer at first but then confuses me about asking for someone to sell him a Wattbox. Head scratcher.

It's an end user. I'm curious how he got the originals. I mean if he bought it from a dealer, is that dealer still in business or was it some fly-by-night that is now gone.
