Hello,
Could someone briefly explain, or point me toward a resource that explains, the differences between 802.11s r k and v?

Do Eero and Google WiFi use 802.11s?
My understanding is that 802.11r is just for faster roaming when using WPA2 Enterprise, is that right?
How does zero handoff, where each of the APs are on the same channel, relate to s, r, k or v? Is ZHO what Luxul uses?

Thank you for any info.

Zero handoff has been abandoned by Ubiquiti. They just rolled out preliminary 11r for the UniFi line that is enabled by default.

Luxul advertise "Exclusive Roam Assist" which requires a controller. My understanding is this is probably just using 11r & 11k.

That is what I'm thinking as well with Luxul, they are just implementing 802.11r/k/v (the same as every other Tom, Dick, and Harry) and the marketing department is calling it something special, which it is not.

How did I get dragged into this discussion?
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.
