Had a customer email me about a price drop on the SR6011 at BestBuy.ca. The map is 1799.99 and they were selling it for 1499.99. I contacted my rep and he contacted the UAP committee. They emailed Best Buy and slapped their hands. Price was back to the original map this morning. Good going and thanks for protecting your dealers

Haha....I had the same issue with Sonos a few years ago and they slapped the dealer :)

Been sayin it for years. Generally speaking when you look at the rear panel, setup menu, control codes/options and so on certain things seem to stand out and make you feel like they're listening and trying to take care of our needs. HDMI boards have been pretty solid too.
