They HAD concurred they broke something, but evidently its fixed for the primary controller and I am the first to report that now it's broken past the Primary.
A few weeks ago it was broken but at least it worked: you could test through any controller but it took about two minutes for it to execute the command. Now it only takes about 10 seconds but only works on the primary controller. Testing seems to work on primary controller only, from PC, doesn't matter how you try to test.
This is a BIG problem for a lot of reasons but right now it's because because I'm trying to do EQ and trim settings in an audio switcher through RS232 and I have no other means other than downloading all this to a remote and pushing buttons. Can anyone else concur all of this and please post here if/when this gets straightened out.
