I have an old MX950 that still works perfectly well. Is there any place at all to download the software? I used to have it but that old PC is long gone.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you are a dealer, you can get the software off of the dealer site.

Just looked, the software is about 54MB in size. Probably to big for URC to email you. They would have to give you a link to a dropbox account or something.
Give them a call on Monday. I can't think of any reason why they wouldn't give you the stand alone software for a discontinued product. I know they have done it for others in the past. Have your product serial number ready when you call.
