We have been having a lot of trouble with this set up, switches locking up and not outputting video and audio, solution is reboot switch.
Anyone else using this set up and experiencing this ?

Which switch, is it over HDMI or cat and is it video and audio lost always at the same time or do you lose audio but still have video?

Yes it is they are HDMI Switches and they lock up (stop responding to ir commands and stop outputting audio and video)

I deployed an 8x8CSK, 7 new samsucks, and an Optoma projector about 6 months ago. Zero issues (other than the digital audio outputs aren't working right). Zero resets. I couldn't believe it. I'm not even going to press my luck by complaining about the audio de-embedder.
Most of the outputs go into AVRs then HTBT extenders, POHK series. I've only had one of those go out so far.

What's the model number of the switch, I've had trouble with the csk line.
