I'm going to a wedding in Miami and will be there August 31st thru September 4th and thought that if there were anyone with a Vantage system nearby that needed any help, I could visit them. We've been a Vantage dealer in Los Angeles since the early 90's.

There are compatibility charts at Vantage and Lutron. The newer Universal dimmer can be programmed to bring the best curve for any LED, but some LEDs are still shit and you cannot fix that. Same goes for ceiling fans.

That's why we test most LED fixtures in our office, as even the manufacturers can't tell you if they will work properly.

The job I'm on has an architect, an engineer (out of Boston) a lighting designer (out of NY), an interior decorator (out of San Francisco), and 4 owners making decisions. The idea of me getting info on fixtures or bulbs and testing them ahead of time is about as likely as me going down to the beach, holding up my hands and the Atlantic Ocean parting and I walking to England.

I should have also said, if anyone is interested in installing a system that we can provide, totally layout the electrical (we are also electrical contractors and engineers) , program and maintain the system (over the internet), please let me know. I am happy to meet for coffee.
