Trying to fix a customer's propanel over the phone and text. He deleted the app and redownloaded it using his iTunes account instead of mine, which I used while testing.
Now the Propanel is displaying a message saying no license available. He has reset the processor a couple of times by unplugging it and did a "Reconfigure" on the app a few times too. No luck
Anything else I'm not thinking of?
