RTI Remote loses connection to TV, must reboot RTI Remote to get back connection.

Any ideas why it keeps losing connection to TV. We have two remotes and both are having the same problem

Call your dealer, or use the finder on the website to get onboard with another. You need software and know-how to fix it.

Might as well mention that the model number of the remote is needed, too. And if it's not using IP or RS232, does it just use IR directly into the components, or is there a processor in the system?

Any time questions are asked about something not working, it's necessary to know what all the components are. My signature below was written years ago after actually writing this here more than a thousand times.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

Which remote? I just found out yesterday that the t2x and t3x can be broken by pressing on them with th more than 15 lbs of pressure. Something with the way the screen and board are assembled.
