I'm onsite and rusty with Maintenance Console. Trying to setup flexible buttons on a wired extension to operate the gate that's in CO Line 2.
Created a "One-touch" button that dials *37002*7P9 which gets the gate open, but after opening the gate, it just keeps the CO line open. Is there something I can add to hang up the line after issueing the "9" to open the gate?

I'm sorry I can't help but I've come across a similar issue and have yet to find a solution. I'll keep track of this thread hoping someone might have the answer. What about putting the gate(Door King?) into intercom mode on an EXT port on the KSU to see if it operates any differently? Best of Luck!
