that is absolutely the exception not the rule. especially with todays modern vehicles.

Are you saying that you don't think i can install AWD in a base model 2013 Nissan Juke in a couple of hours?

Okay so in your example Brendan's customer has to scour flea markets and junk yards to find the right parts to steal to upgrade his system.

In my example i went to the dealer and handed them my keys and he handed me a new set.

If his 'system' is an '87 Olds Cutlass Ciera Brougham, then yes, I'd recommend that method.

Out of curiosity i just did a keyword search for the chicagoland area. $400K - No Maximum. Obviously this doesn't cover everyone because some brokers are idiots who don't include important information but the results are interesting.

Keyword "Lutron" 1 house for $500k. 1 at $650k. The other 10 are $1 mil+.

Keyword "Crestron" shows 8 houses all $1.5 mil+.

I had C4 and distributed video in my place in Gurnee. I pulled the video distribution and most of the C4 (left some lighting) when I left IL.

Your right though, most relators (espesially serving that market) will have no idea

One of the houses i looked at had a $25k home theater in it. Theater Decor, risers & seating & posters etc. Super nice feature for $150-$200K houses (what i was looking for). Agent listed it as "Big TV in basement stays!" 120" filmscreen is a big tv i guess.
