Thanks for posting Kenny. Happy to talk with anyone further about the incident or about the OvrC platform.

Any idea when this issues will be fully fixed? My OVRC currently is showing 10 routers that are offline but are not actually offline. This number is increasing daily for us and only seems to be with the routers. I'm only seeing information from SnapAV that the problem has been fixed which clearly it's not.

Same here. Losing my faith in these devices.

We are currently tracking a completely different issue where some of the Araknis AN-300-RT routers seem to struggle to re-initiate communication with the OvrC cloud once it loses connection to it. This is a router firmware issue that we are actively pursuing to resolve. We have seen very small instances of this in the past, but the recent incident more concretely highlighted this issue. Our engineers are actively working to identify and implement a resolution.

In the meantime, a reboot of the router will re-establish the communication to the cloud. There are a number of ways to do this:
1. If the router is plugged into a WattBox, reset the outlet.
2. If there is a OvrC Hub at the location, go to the Hub's local GUI, find the router, and click on port 80 to get to the local GUI of the router. From there, you can reboot the router.
3. If you have an alternative remote access set up, such as VPN, DDNS, port forwarding, you could access the router's local GUI to reboot the router.

Unfortunately, if none of these scenarios apply, a power cycle of the router locally is required. We truly apologize for this inconvenience. I will provide an update periodically of our progress.
