Looking for a really good pair of outdoor speakers. We are a Sonance dealer so we would typically use the Mariners. But for this particular project we need something that physically looks better. We quoted the Leon outdoor speakers but they blew the project way over budget. So I'm looking for something like the mariner, that mounts on the house or under the soffit.

Looks better than the mariner? Better how? They are basic white boxes.

BOSE has a "different" looking speaker but i wouldn't call it better...looking or sounding.

I think the only way to get better looking and have it sound good is to not see them at all. Whats the budget? How about Sonarray?

I like the look of Monitor Audios speakers...but they are traditional outdoor speakers.

Better sound and good looks don't typically go together. A compromise must be made somewhere.

JBL has some awesome sounding outdoor speakers. A little pricey, but damn do they sound good on a great setup. However, they look like your average "box" speaker.

KEF Ventura's are probably the best sounding outdoor speaker I have ever heard aside from a JBL control series speaker or a landscape series system.

James has some eve mounts but they aren't cheap

I've never used them, but Stealth has the Stingray speakers.  They're also just rectangular boxes, but only 4" deep and come in different color and you can get them done in custom wraps.
