If I use the new 3100 router or 1510 access point I get great results on 2.4 and 5g

If I use the 1200 router and/or the 1410 access point I only get an average of 20mbps on 2.4.  5g is fine..

this is with 100 mbps.  the 3100 and or the 1510 will give me 80mbps on 2.4

Luxul tech support has not been able to tell me why this is happening..

Just wondering if I am the "only one" with this issue...

We have sold a bunch of the 3100s. I think we have only sold 1 1200 to a dealer.

I beta tested the 3100 at my house for a long time with 2 additional XAP1510s being controlled by its and I had excellent performance. I have 350-400 megabit internet speeds and got that on WIFI just fine.

I've noticed differences is speeds between each of the Luxul products.

For example, I thought the XAP1510s would give me the fastest speeds on wifi. I tested the speeds of a regular router + 1510 vs. the XWR3100 by itself. The XWR3100 SMOKED the 1510 on speed.

Seemed like the 1510 had better range, but was a little slower than the 3100 router.

Have not tried the XWR1200 myself to compare.

Is there a channel width setting? Is that set the same on both? (I'm assuming the signal strength was fine in each case.)
