Elan's Intercom is probably the most fleshed out as far as customizing "ring groups" and doing time of day rules....all those nagging little details (like little bobby's room ringing with the front door at 10PM)

Aiphone has the IX-MV. Allows for room to room communication as well as answering the front door and door release.

I haven't used the system so not sure what is required, but doing a quick browse through the manuals it looks like with multiple IX-MV stations you can perform room to room calling and they use PoE.

Crestron does with their RAVA SIP.

Really any SIP product is what you want.
