Bought a couple before christmas. My first impression was "wow these things look lumpy!" They APPEAR to be just an overpriced bag full of chopped up foam.

The reviews vary from worst pillow ever, goes flat, hurts my neck, its a scam, etc, all the way to WOW greatest nights sleep ever, perfect pillow, Im buying more, etc.

I tend to ignore the extremes on both ends. I assumed my finding would end up some where in the middle. Actually, Im pretty happy with the purchase. Im dying to tear one open and see how this thing works lol.

Im not understanding the quotes on how this is not supportive or "goes flat" by morning. Thats just NOT the case! Ive gone through dozens of pillows over the years. This one IS the most supportive. You put it in a position and it simply supports and stays. No sinking, no flattening. Actually impressive. One wouldnt think chopped up foam would hold its position, but it does. It stays in the exact same position by morning that I started at night. Kinda crazy.

Its great for propping up and watching TV. Fold it and it stays. I sleep mostly on my side and it works well for that as well. Very well. Punch in a corner thats in the way, and it stays, right where you put it. Looks like I will be buying a couple more.

There are four firmness levels. Color coded. I got the two in the middle. Green and white I believe. There is a minor difference in them. Cant say for sure which i like the most, maybe the less firm one. I assume those that are not happy with the firmness or rigidity, simply ordered the wrong pillow for them.

Theres rumblings about how the buy one get one free is a scam and is misleading. Umm, who in their right mind cant realize that if something is $90 and you get the second one free, that the actual cost is really $45 each? People will complain about anything!

The National Sleep Foundation, that accredits the pillow as their choice is what could be a little misleading. Turns out this "foundation" could be owned and started by the My Pillow company itself? Not sure that's true. But to that I say, SO WHAT and a brilliant move to sell pillows. Mike Lindell has likely amassed a $50m million dollar fortune. Good for him.

I have no experience with customer service. Some complain its near impossible to return one. They don't pay freight, coming or going. That's a little "not normal", but hey, its a for business profit. If you don't like the policy, don't buy one. Its really that simple. There's no law that says companies have to pay ANY freight. Apparently their policy has worked very well for them.

Any others have experience? I was pleasantly surprised and a happy customer. While its not a cheap pillow, it certainly wont put any of us out of business. For me, I have found the value in it and will add a few more dollars to Mikes till.

Did you wash them yet? Please report back when you do.

I would throw down $90 for two pillows if they last. We usually buy two or three $20-$25 Target pillows every couple years to replace the pillows that gone mushy.
I came into this game for the action, the excitement. Go anywhere, travel light, get in, get out, wherever there's AV trouble, a man alone.

No, havent washed them yet. Only a couple weeks old.

NO fabric softener is a must. Per instructions.

They come in a tiny package. Instructions clearly say put in dryer, HIGH heat for 25 minutes. Man you talk about fluffing up! lol. Again, no dryer sheets.

There is a hidden special to get a free tiny pillow per pillow. Make sure you find that so you get the two little pillow free as well. Took a while to find. Heard about that deal on the Mike Gallagher show. So, two pillow, two tiny pillows, $90 plus freight.

I don't remember which size (color code) I purchased. Just that I bought two different sizes. Gave the smaller to my friend. She still has it, whether she uses it or not. I'll just have to report back later. I just know that mine remains in covered and in the closet.

In my opinion I should've gotten the same size as hers. Mostly because I sleep with two pillows. I wanted to replace the bottom one with this. I tried it for a week or two. But kept on waking up often and lousy sleep. A couple months later I tried it again and came up with the same results.

I never washed mine. But I did get the covers for them... 2 washings and they went right to the trash. They acted as if I have tons of rust in my room water. But I with a whole house water filter and no other white sheets turning yellowish/brown. I figured it was just that pillow case. Whether the pillow case and the pillow are made out of the same material, I don't know.

As for the buy one get one deal. People aren't complaining about that per say. But the fact it's been going on for too long. Meaning it has ran out of its time to "be on sale". They are saying My Pillow as a company shall advertise the pillows as $45 a piece. Instead of $90 for one and get one free.

Shopping for pillows is awkward. I went to about 6 different stores in my area trying out, as best I could, all the different pillows. None were what I wanted. I finally went with one I saw online, and ordered it, knowing I could send it back if I did not like it. They sent the wrong one, so I had to return it once just to get what I ordered. Luckily this was through Amazon so it was painless to process.

I got a Malouf Sleep Gel Convolution pillow. It is a gel infused memory foam core....2 sided, with "bumps" on one side, and flat on the other. It is encased in a microfiber alternative down material. It is soft with support. I got the "high loft" model which gets my head at the right height. It is the best pillow I have ever owned. I got it for about $70. It has been over a year now, and it still is pretty much like new. It has "settled" a bit, but it may be because I rarely "fluff" it up.

I am interested in trying the Purple pillow. Might give it a go here soon.

I was considering MyPillow's but decided on 2 pillows for abotu $100 from Amazon that got the best user ratings. I figured that these would have to stand on their own merit much more than a Infomercial company like MyPillow with a loud yelling pitchman. We've all seen companies who seem to be marketing companies first, manufacturer 2nd. Nothing wrong with this but you don't normally get the best bang for your buck.

We couldn't be happier with our pillows. For something that we're using about 8hrs a day, $50 each was well worth it.

I've been looking for a good thread on buying a pillow from TV, and i knew the CI lounge was the right place to come.

I just bought a ghost bed and ghost pillows a few months ago. The pillows are great. Bed. I'd rather have my select comfort but Vanessa vetoed the select comfort

Wait for a pillow with an app. Then we will be in trouble.

Is this the same stuff they have in LoveSacs?
I prefer my foam latex pillows over standard down, cotton, synthetic down or whatever batting they have in most pillows.

I went to the local Kohl's store and was amazed by the range of prices for their pillows. The memory foam seem to be popular, but I haven't talked to anyone about this. I have occasional neck problems and the pillows I use are OK, but the support isn't great- if my neck hurts, I lay it on edge to get the height that works but otherwise, I'm fine. I recently removed a mattress pad and my back has actually been better. Firm mattress, now with a single pad, but due for replacement- might go for one of the memory foam toppers.

I stayed at the Hotel Belmont in Chicago, in '07. They had a pillow menu and I picked something medium firm- I should have just bought it.

Kind of funny this thread came up. For the last few years the wife and I have been going through lots of pillows trying to find something we like to sleep on. We've tried down pillows, memory foam pillows, blah blah blah.........

Well we thin we have finally found a winner after having a bamboo original pillow for about a month now it definitely looks like it is going to be may pillow of choice.

Filled with shredded memory foam this thing shows up as flat as a pancake in a vacuum sealed bag. Initially I thought, here goes another pillow down the drain. After "fluffing" it up in the drier I couldn't have been more wrong.

You wouldn't believe how much better my AV installations have been for the past couple of weeks. Now systems actually work when I'm done. :)

Here's a linke to the pillow I bought:

Does this pillow make the systems sound better? I heard the memory foam makes them sound better than poly fill, but the difference is less when a special duck down is used.
