I had XFINITY service moved to a new place last week. The whole process was super painless. I set the whole thing up online and they showed up and did the work fast/right.

Today i finally had a minute to spare so i looked into reducing our monthly costs from $250-$200 or less as part of a new budget for 2017.

I spent 20 minutes circle jerking between various pages of their website including my account. I tried logged in as an existing customer...logged out as a new customer...whatever i did...i could not find a single place to see what their current bundled offerings are.

I call them...wait 15 minutes...lady tells me shes worked their 14 years and "cant find the information either". That was a response to me saying "why cant a consumer find pricing information at your website? When i go to DirecTV i can find a rate spreadsheet in 2 minutes."

The lady tells me to do a little more research on the website to find the information i need.

Bottom line is that Comcast...Xfinity...Panja...whatever their new name is...still sucks.

They all suck. I use Fios at home now since DirecTV cut my dealer demo about 6 months ago. But to be fair, had not done a new DirecTV install for at least 7 years.

I recently logged onto the Comcast business site. Took a look at what they offered in VOIP. They had a price for the 1st 12mos of a 2 year commitment. Pricing for the 2nd year was not to be found. I guess what you pay the second year isn't important?
