I am using a MX-350 remote. Any tips on how to do a favorite channel macro on a Time Warner digital cable box? I know how to set it up, but in the final step of punching in the channel number digits the macro is not 100% accurate in hitting the desired channel. It works about 90% of the time. Is there a way of punching in the digits that I am missing. I leave a half second pause before I enter the next digit. It is a 4 digit channel number I am trying to set up the macro for.
Thanks.

I'd say play around with repeats except It's don't think you can do that with the 350. Sounds like you're doing everything I would do. The real problem is some cable boxes just do not like or respond well to favorites no matter what you do. I'm not sure why that is since there's little difference between that and just doing it by hand. Maybe alternate between .5 and full second delays? To be honest it may be a losing battle but again it's the box not the remote.

Just thought, something you could try experimenting with learning your number buttons in by hand, pressing them for varying lengths of time when you send them in.

Thanks.

When you watch the TV what happens? What do you think the error is? Does it send the same number too many times? Does it skip a number? Do all the numbers get sent but it doesn't "submit/enter"?
