Looking for a Wireless Hot Tub Temp sensor I can keep in a hot tub, so that if the temp dips below a certain temp I can trip a relay to get an email alert (to catch a failure of power or equipment to avoid frozen pipes)

I can't put the sensor in the pipes either. That's my one hangup. I don't mind stringing it out of it hanging off the side though.

Anyone have anything they use or know of a product that may work?

I have just finished building and setting up two enclosures with the X-300 model that we will be installing.

If you just want an alarm for when the temperature of the water gets below a certain temp (you can adjust the set point) there is just some setup required.

If you want the alarm to go off when the air and water are below certain temperatures then you need the X-300 and there is some very basic scripts that you can write and load into the module.
You can't fix stupid
