All of our customers who live near military installations have odd interference like yours. Some only occasionally, others same time each day. Just part of the territory.

The ceiling fan in my home office worked flawlessly for years, then it started operating by itself, including the light turning on and off each night by itself. I knew a neighbor must have installed a fan on the same codeset as mine. But since I was there first, that codeset was MINE! After dark, each night for a few nights, I turned my light on an off... over and over repeatedly. It only took a few nights for my problem to stop.

Then there's our office. We're in a building with a high end cabinet shop. At least once a week, one of the table saws or dust collectors turns itself on. Always at night, always when there's nobody in the shop.

And my dog, he plays with an invisible person. That one really freaks me out.
I'm Not an engineer, but I play one on TV.
My handle is Tweety but I have nothing to do with the organization of similar name. I just had a really big head as a child so folks called me tweety bird.

Oh, yeah, I'm reminded: near the eastern summit of Palos Verdes there's a radar dome. Or at least there used to be.

In the early 70s a girlfriend of mine lived about two miles down the hill from there. I installed an audio system in a cabinet her dad had bought several years before. Everything was fine, except if you switched to phono and turned up the volume, every eight or so seconds you'd hear a short sound like that of a mosquito, completely perfectly timed. It was the phone wires picking up the radar signal!

Everything worked there, but hey, we didn't even have VCRs back then.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

Being that power tools typically have mechanical switches for safety reasons, a table saw turning itself on would be pretty freaky.

We have a project going on out town where an old plantation is being turned into a golf club. All of the old building are being updated, but keeping the old looks, and the area around the house has all of these old huge trees. In the day time you look around and think about things that probably happened on the property and it is uncomfortable. At night, it's down right creepy. Last time I was down there they put me in one of the old buildings now used for guests. That night I sat around with the guy in charge of the club and had a drink. he starts telling me all the things he's seen and had happen around the property. I've known him for years and know he's not a liar. I had a hell of a hangover the next day. LOL
