What would be you guys go lift brand?

Straight drop or flat to view drop....looking at all options.

Straight down if you have the real estate above that way you don't have a large weird "hole" in the ceiling unless you can frame it into some fancy milwork!

I have used INCA in the past. Every one of them is still working perfect. I have some that are over seven years old. Just looking at all options again.

I have a nexus 21 mount that comes down from the ceiling. They are really good quality. I can give you a good deal if interested.

I looked at their mounts. INCA actually has the one that the client likes. A little on the pricey side, but a five year warranty and a proven lift. I have sold quite a few of their lifts without a single issue.

I was part of the Nobu Malibu project where we used a lift in the bar that tucks the TV up parallel to the ceiling. It's a 50 or so.

This lift is about eight feet inside the building. Outside there's six foot deck to where you look down on the sand and the waves. THAT's how close this is to salt water. It's been in for three years and it works fine. It's stainless, though....

I am a custom installer. Sorry for the late reply have been at a cabin doing an install. Yes it is motorized, nexus 21 has excellent products and great reputation.
