Here's the deal, i live and work in Australia and have been doiing custom installs which equate to about 50% of my business's work. Now i have come up to an almighty brick wall when it come to one of the large Japanese electronics firms getting information. I used to have access to the installers web site but lost it when they change the login system last year.
Not being an account customer with them in the US i cant get access.
If there is someone willing to assist me with this email me off line to discuss, ideally i need a US address which i can say i operate out of. There is no sinister way i want access other than getting the protocol manuals and cutsheet info which i have access to before.
The realy dumb thing is that i buy products through them and i dont have an account.

I would suggest contacting them to set up an account, I doubt very seriously anyone here will assist you in the manner in which you wish to obtain this information. Any good manufacture or distributor will want you to have as much information as possible to sell and install their products, as they profit from your work as well.

Thanks for your comments, the problem is the Australia subsidary whom I have an account dont have this data available to them either, they have suggested contacting the US, but as i dont live there i cant open the account. Clasic catch 22, yet they will sell me there gear over the phone paying by credit card. They even arrange the shipping here.
