Can the ports on a PCM4 (w/ CM232) not be used for drivers? Trying to set up an Aprilaire 8800 driver, and the only RS232 ports that show as available in the driver are the two ports off of the XP6 (which I am already using for other stuff).

Under the XP6 / driver tab / connections setting, change the serial port there.
If you can't be good, be good at it.

Yea... that is where I am going, but the only two RS232 ports that drop down are those on the XP6... It does not show any port available from the PCM4.

Do you have the PCM showing under the expansion tab on the XP6?

Maybe its not added in yet

I'm pretty sure drivers can't access the MPIO ports. You can only send 1 way 232 from a library, or directly - but not with a driver.
An ESC2+ does what you want.

Thanks all.... I was afraid of that. I have never even used an ESC, but I guess I will be getting one.

Thanks!
