There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions. |

The company is apparently not very good at followup. I was slated to do a review of the product and they lost my contact information. Or something. After a few contacts from them, nothing. I've never seen it. You'd think the promotional people pushy about getting things done. Thinking about product support, I'd expect promotional to be pushier than their service department, so this doesn't bode well for product support. It's surprising that they've dropped the ball, but it's been more than a month since they last contacted me about this. Why haven't I chased them down? They asked for a review and unfortunately they've given me something to review!

I too was a first to request beta testing. Never heard back. So, thus far, I say FAIL and not real interested in the release based on circumstances to date.

I have a ~$12 jab saw, a pair of eyes that still mostly work, and the phone numbers of several outstanding drywall repairmen/painters. :) I also have a good track record of un-Brucely luck preceding me. :p
Pretty sure I do not need another gizmo that may come in handy once or twice over the next 15 years. That is how long I have gone without a stinking pipe or wire getting itself in my way.

kgossen --That's exactly what I intended to say. Thanks for getting it.
Modern Problems: in the middle of handing off the process of getting a sample to me, email went into a spam folder. This can, of course, happen to anyone. We're moving ahead now.
