I sincerely request that one of your first tasks in office to be bringing our fighting men and women stationed in South Korea back home. Pull all of our military forces there off the DMZ, then tell that fat little crazy f*** with the bowl haircut that he is welcome to have the damn place.

I've had all I can take from their engineers.

Don't forget China. They're doing some stupid crap, too.

The folks at LG make the Samsung people look like geniuses.

"Hey, I've got an idea! Let's build a TV so thin that it's literally just a sheet of glass."

"That's really cool, but where will we put the electronics?"

"Oh yeah, that could be a problem. Oh, I've got it. We will put them in the stand."

"Great idea. But a lot of people want to hand their tv on the wall. What do you do with the stand?"

"We will put a hint on it so it folds behind the TV. "

"OMG, you're a genius! Hey, do you think anyone will notice that their new TV that's only a quarter inch thick will be 6" out from the wall when they hang it?"

Holy crap, this TV looks so stupid. Thanks God the client ent didn't want an articulating arm.

LG (Lotta Garbage) has always been crap. Everything they make. If you want to store food and beverages at room temperature or above, get an LG fridge. If you want a dishwasher that works 3 months of every year, get an LG. Want a TV with the dumbest and most counter-intuitive remote, get an LG!

Even as a kid I knew Goldstar stuff was sh!t. Putting 'Lucky' in front of it doesn't make it any better.

Well, they did buy Zenith. Remember, "The quality goes in before the name goes on"? Maybe that used up all the luck from Lucky Goldstar.

I thought TCL bought the Zenith name like they did with RCA

No. Lucky Goldstar.

Goldstar started at the bottom of the ladder quality wise, like Samsung also was. Now LG has a name that some have grown to appreciate, much like some with Samsung. It took them some time, but the same was true with early products coming out of Japan. Cheap junk, always, but given time... now we'd prefer Japanese quality over Taiwan, Korea, China. YMMV for sure.

I feel the same as an adult as well.
