URC please figure out how to update your friggin' USB drivers automatically

They don't use teamviewer. They use another remote access software that I cannot recall the name of right now.

All you need to do is make sure windows mobile device center is running and you use the Microsoft USB Sync driver instead of the URC usb Sync driver.

It was probably 5 years ago- my memory stick may be corrupt.

With help from URC tech support I got my customer's MX-880 to work. Support had me disable driver sigmature enforcement and then update Microsoft USB Sync driver to URC USB Sync FW1. Connects on all my Windows 10 machines now.
