I'm sorry about the DIRECTV issue. I have only been on site once while a system was being installed and the DirecTV installer referred to the hr-44 as the server and the satellites as Wireless Genies.

As an update to the wireless, the Ovation server needed to have the software reflashed. In trying to do so it gave me several errors. So I removed the Ovation server for service. Customer reports there's not been one issue with the wireless since I removed the ovation piece on Tuesday.

One thing I have learned in this industry. It is easier to pull a wire than it is to push one.
