Nobody in their right mind would set up a display like that so close to the doors OR without some way to prevent the TVs being knocked over. I vote for staged.
My mechanic told me, "I couldn't repair your brakes, so I made your horn louder."
More than twenty years ago I was setting up a 400-TV store. The electrician was part of the family that owned the store. This guy wore a tool belt on each side of him. I swear, he could do all his day's work without ever bending over for a tool.
One day the CEO was crawling around the construction site and he called out to the electrician. The guy swaggered over to the CEO, walking between two rows of RPTVs. After one of his tool belts scratched the first TV, I yelled his name. He kept walking.
He ruined the fronts of six TVs before he stopped and turned around to.
I can see the possibility of that video being real. People don't see obvious things all the time!
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything. "The biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place." -- G. “Bernie” Shaw
A) That first TV falls like it's a domino perched on the verge of tipping over. No way it was on ANY kind of stand. It looks like it was set on its flat bottom with no legs attached whatsoever.
B) The TV the first TV hits, looks like it's on a oval silver stand. And yet that stand stays stuck to the table beneath it, and the TV falls over with no support whatsoever attached to its bottom. No bolts!
C) When something falls over, your natural reaction is to reach out and grab it to stop it from falling over. So... why does that guy leap back and jam his one hand way behind him, specifically making sure he rams it into the TV behind?
D) Who sets up TVs like that? And I mean this from a marketing standpoint. The screens would be facing the door and the exit, and they would be powered on and showing images. These have their sides to the door, and notably no power. No one shows TVs without power, there's no point. This was arranged for the best view from the security camera.
Clearly someone was hoping to create a viral video.
