What you should choose does not end in the here and now, but how much you want to deal with it in the futre

A signal boost for what?
I may be schizophrenic, but at least I have each other.

May I suggest a simple modulator.

Unless your DVD player is a DVD recorder then there is not going to be a RF input and output on it.

If you are trying to make an off-air antenna look better there are a couple of things you could do.

The first is get a RF amplifier. Run your antenna to the amp and then out to the television. Y

Second would be to install an antenna pre-amp system. Here you get 2 pieces. One goes out at the antenna and the other inside at the television. Much better than option one.

Third. Hire someone with a RF meter to come out and tune your antenna and add any amplification you may need.

I'm not sure by the way you worded your question, but I think you mean... " Is there a DVD player with built-in Channel 3 RF Modulator?" If that's what you mean, there's an easy answer - any cheap VCR/DVD Combo (POS) has that feature.
