Login to the camera, set substream to MJPEG. Then your command stream needs to have the subtype=1

RTSP://192.168.10.70:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=1&authbasic=YWRtaW46YWRtaW4=

Should look like the above.

Subtype = 0 is the main stream, which is usually too high of a resolution, and not MJPEG

Subtype = 1 is the extra/second stream, which can be set to MJPEG.

If you command is trying to call up subtype 0, it ain't going to work.
