Onsite: control4 and genIV camera stream help!

Hey guys, ive been messing with this for an hour now and cant get it to go. I used the web image driver from C4 and I am using the stream URL below I got off their website...I have confirmed the image in VLC media player so its something with C4....

any help would be greatly appreciated! (i have also used the other streaming URLS as well with no luck)

I dont think the web image driver supports RTSP. you need to use a driver that supports the RTSP H264 protocol

use the axis fixed image driver for h264

what are the RTSP settings you have enabled on the camera?

Which camera model are you using? According to G4 you have to use cams that have the Ambarella. Also has to be a multi-stream camera.

HouseLogix had written the driver for the G4 cams. I have used it and worked fine.

It was free on HouseLogix site but I don't see it on there now so I am not sure what is going on...

They are owned by SnapAV now so Snap only :)

I bought something from them and it came in a snap box with correct shipping in all. I found it weird.
