WOW is all i can say!!!!! Product, support, people are just absolutely top notch. I am just pissed I have waited so long to jump on board!!!!!!! Thanks Jeff, Zon, and crew. I have a client who is beyond thrilled with his Palladia III 16x16

Raising my glass to Jeff, Zonn, Jeff, and staff!!!!
The coolest part is that they listened to me when I called, built a product that filled the void, and have refined it over the years.
We had some ideas on a project that required a firmware change. Called Jeff, he listened, he called Zonn, Zonn pulled over on the side of the road and made the changes, and emailed them to us. Problem solved in 45 minutes.
It just don't get no better than that!!!

when they release the dolby digital downmixing on this Palladia, it will be THE piece to use. Then when the 4k comes by end of year it will be the closest thing to DM there is. which by the way, they have a great 4k upgrade in place!!!!!! win win

Zektor is the kind of company that you want as a competitor (and a friend), if you loose a sale to them it is because they did something that you did not/could not do and not because they lied about their cheap POS being something that it is not.
I am proud and happy to have Jeff/Zonn as friends and rivals.
There are few in this industry that can meet the standards of customer support and integrity that Jeff/Zonn provide.

I have had similarly excellent product and support experience with Zektor's Jeff and Zonn. BrentM at Ethereal and the crew at Zektor are indeed bright spots in our industry.
