I recently installed Ring standalone at a client's house. We did not try and integrate it with anything on this project. The camera is decent at its price point. The intercom works well enough.

Ironically the guys rang the doorbell at this project, I forgot I had the app on my phone and it went off while in a meeting. So I fired it up and messed with my tech for a few minutes. I could tell who he was and understand him. He could understand me, but could not recognize my voice. If it was someone I did not know it would be tough to recognize them.
When good enough is not good enough.

If you have to remove a Doorbird, be cautious with the connectors on the PC Board. Those connectors pull off the board and hold to the wired connectors. The entire purpose of the connector is to have a stable simple place ON THE BOARD to connect to, so if they pull off, they're worse than worthless. Doorbird could have glued them in place!

Those connectors are not easy to get back on, but it's doable.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

According to Doorbird's API documentation, the camera will only handle one concurrent connection so being able to view it on the doorbird app and the NVR at the same time isn't possible. Not sure how to work around that one.

The app users do not count against the limits detailed in the API doc from what I can tell. In the doc they specify that only 1 concurrent connection is allowed via the API using http request. If you scroll all the way down to the bottom, there is a section pertaining to the rtsp stream and that allows to add the channel to a NVR. I did this yesterday and once getting the stream connected, it never dropped.

Run a catx. I'll be releasing a solution soon that is meant for dealers and comes with real support and shipping in America and no bugs or constant driver and firmware updates needed to make it work.

It will work on iOS and Android remotely. Control4, RTI and URC to start with and is onvif complaint so it will work with most nvrs

How about SIP/Rava support for us True Blue guys.... :)

I haven't read the documentation, but I've seen the image on an iPhone and an iPad at the same time. Those were both set up using the instructions and the icon ("digital passport?"). We're looking into the admin situation, and thanks for telling us about it.

For the app users, just to be safe, I created one account per iOS device (2 iPhones, 1 iPad) using the admin side of the app and then logged in as a separate user on each device using their unique username/password combo (not the qr code or passport login)
