Client's C61 box loses audio when you jump between 4K channels, jumping out to a non-4k channel will usually re-establish the audio.

C61 feeds a HDCP2.2 Crestron DM input card/output card. DM out goes to 4K scaler RMC at tv, and the output card's HDMI out feeds a marantz sr6010.

The c61 is only available to this room/output, as it's the only 4k / HDCP2.2 ready room.

TV is a Samsung UHD model. No issues w/ Roku4 4K content.

I also came across some similar reports via Google:

Just wondering if anyone can confirm this is a DirecTV issue/experienced the same.

Yes.
I have posted in threads before about the C61 client box is a steaming pile of dung. It has many issues & problems that prevent me from recommending it to clients. The few that I have done, eventually got pulled from the systems because DirecTV couldn't remedy the problems and the customer didn't want to live with the issues.

Keep an eye on the dbs & satellite guys forums to see when/if there is ever a fix or an updated box comes out (I'm thinking it will take a hardware change to fix all the crap with that box).
