Hello All, I have taken over a house with LiteTouch installed. I have acquired 3.80.30 version of the software LiteWare. I Read the manual. I have the need to Flash the loads in the house as the original programmer labeled the loads L100 L102 etc. now if i had a set of plans with the load number all laid out for me that would be great. But I don't. To Flash the loads I need the "Load Level Adjustment" add on part of the software. This is what I am looking for. Do any of you have the addon you would be willing to share with me?
Thanks, Flandon.

Try contacting Savant, they've taken over the litetouch line and helped me last year when I needed similar software support for an old LC5000

+1 on this guy There are dip switches on each module that you can turn each load on individually.

Actually I was pretty surprised by the great support they gave me especially as I'm not a Savant dealer. They put me in touch with a local dealer who helped track down and get me a very specific version of the old software needed to extract the original programming. I can't say anything about their regular support, but I didnt expect to get anywhere with them and was very pleasantly surprised by the help they did provide me even without being a dealer in this case

So I have a new litetouch adventure.
I software version 3.80.30 with database 18.
The only reason i know that i have DB18 is when I load the house that tried to back load didn't work and got the program from the original Programmer then i try to open the file it says its in DB19 and I have DB18.
and when i try to import into 6.0 it doesn't work. any insight would be helpful.
thanks, Flandon

What version processor are you dealing with? Each processor had different abilities so that function may not be available on your processor. I do have an old version of the software if you still need it but it may not solve your problems. I tried to install the old software on my windows 10 computer and it would not install but if you have an old XP machine laying around it would probably work.
