My client in Torrance, Ca has an AVAYA IP400 phone system that got hit by a surge and while all of the led's on the front panel seem to be working, the phone system is not.
The original installer is long gone, and as we do lighting controls, I am looking to help my client, and get someone who knows this system to see if it just needs some TLC, can be repaired, or has to be replaced and provide pricing.
Please let me know as they would like it to be working ASAP.

Don't carry the Avaya product (haven't for over 10 years) BUT if you have that level of disruption, I would replace all components. Microprocessor bumps will cause all sorts of bad things at the least convenient time, and insurance will cover it now, not in ten months.
