Steven,
it's been almost six months since SB Smarthomes brought this up, and it's likely that he has moved on and may not notice that this thread relates to him. Why don't you drop him a PM and ask him to check out this thread again?
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

Works great... built like a tank.  Property received occupancy permit in October, but client's haven't stayed at the house yet so I test the TV whenever I stop by.  Still finishing some last details and designer is hanging art, etc.

Here's a photo.  I have a release from the client so will get some quality photos and videos this summer once the house is all decorated.

Thanks for the follow-up.

I found this thread while doing a Google search to find a replacement for the Chief PXRUB. (For my employer; we have a PXRUB in an executive's office.)

This is for an in-wall install, and using a different model would mean rebuilding the wood frame in the wall to accommodate the new mount, plus reprogramming the Crestron unit that's used to control it through an app on his iPad.

So I had a strong preference to go with another PXRUB, even knowing they're all out of warranty and Chief won't do repairs. I searched high and low; lots of websites list the PXRUB (Amazon, B&H, Aztec Computers, others), none of them actually have any in stock.

I was actually planning to buy two, just to have one as a backup, but I couldn't find even one new in-stock.

(Adorama's website said it was "in stock." I called and verified they had "7 in their warehouse." But when I tried to place my order, they couldn't find them.)

I even looked for used or refurbished. Found a refurb for $3800(!), and we're going to buy it and pray that it works.

If it doesn't, at least I have another model I can recommend.

My advice is to install it right away and see if it works. "refurb" often means "returned and untested"...especially when its a discontinued product.

We have a 7-day return window, and we plan to install it within 24 hours of receipt.

(And if it doesn't work, I plan to ship it back the same day.)
