No. It was better before Ingram, The slide continues. That said, the guys at the Scottsdale AZ branch are awesome.

I've dealt with the Calgary branch and haven't had any real issues. I don't deal with them very much but they are ok.

It always amazes me that in this "tech" industry, we have the absolute worst web services from vendors (Snap and a few other exceptions not withstanding). I am also currently in the bicycle business and we have multiple warehouse real-time inventory tracking with shipping cost and warehouse availability! Paired with dealer level pricing, pre-booking, ETA of new product and all educational materials.
The Bike industry is small compared to costumer electronics, but much tighter run. They are however, starting the slow slide into retail hell that we experienced during the late 90's to early 2000s, just at a slower pace..... I hope!

AVADs website is much better now than when it first came out. They finally improved the search engine.
Some of the smaller disty's around here drive me crazy with their sorry search engines. If you don't put the dash or space in the right spot of the model number then you get zero results!

Stopped using them once Fujitsu went away and RTI stopped their exclusive deal.
