Has anyone used the URC MX3000 with a Xantech RT1610? I have RT1610 in place but Xantech LCD pads have failed, I like the mx3000 and have a few of these but do not like the mrf 350 it only has 6 outputs, is there a way to configure the RT1610 with the mx3000? Thank you.

The Xantech RT1610 can be used with ANY IR signal. Doesn't matter what brand the remote is, as long as it has macro ability and use of codes - which any PC programmable URC remote does.

The Xantech piece uses codes at the beginning of the macro, to send the IR to the appropriate output.

So you simply take one of your IR outputs from the MRF-350, hook it to the Gs & S terminals on the RT1610 input. The rest is programming.

you also may have to connect a emitter to the MRF350 and stick the emitter to a IR Receiver. Connect the IR Receiver into the RT16-10. I had to do this multiple times with using this product with a 3rd party control system

It makes total sense that you might have to use an IR interface -- LED to sensor -- to interconnect different IR systems. To begin with, one system might work with a 12 volt supply (Xantech) and another with a 5 volt supply (don't know, could happen).
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
