I have executed a strategy to make my issue work with my house/workvan. Although not ideal I will be able to make a 1.5 door 6.5 foot truck work with my systainers. Ill get a small utility trailer for hauling large loads.

I have a 2015 Highroof Ford transit with 15,xxx miles on the clock Has 3.73 W/ Locking Differental and cruise control w/ screen. It is powerstroke diesel with a kneipheid polly headache rack installed ($1000). Its a blank slate as I have not had any time to build it out. It is in absolute flawless shape and just had its service done. I get about 25MPG with it. Sticker price on it was $43,430 Im asking $33,500. Purchased in october 2015

Pics available upon request.

Thanks!

My hand is forced due to the township where I moved and one of the neighbors complained:( went to the hearing and it didn't matter. "An ordinance is an ordinance"

Asked my lawyer and he said I would gladly take your money but that is all He would be doing, there is no way to fight city hall. Then he billed me for a 10 minute phone call lol!!

I love the van, but I've exhausted every option including trying to find a parking lot/storage facility to house it. I don't want to get rid of it, but I have to.

Not every option. I offered you a solution.

Strip the graphics off of it. Would that help with the neighbor?

The size was the problem.

So where you live...if you decided to have 14 kids...you cant buy a large van to cart them around town? I know a couple of large families that have full sized vans as their family car. Its basically an unmarked church bus.

So you can confirm that Brendon's largest tool is indeed too big? :P

I told you the way to have it pass muster.

A set of Crager mags, wrap so it looks like a custom flame paint job with some wild graphics (skulls and all that shit), and lower it.

No conversion vans are allowed. Height is the issue here, 82" is the limit so your screwed if you have 14 kids. NV passenger is the only thing that would work for that. This retarded town would still probably ban it though.

Nothing is allowed commercially, so technically my Bimmer is not allowed either lol!

I offered a straight up swap, just you pay for the transit till the end. Logical to me. Why would I pay your loan when I'm going through the hassle of swapping my fully stocked van with racks and shelves for an empty shell?

Have you tried any gas stations. My brother-in-law managed a gas station. He had a few clients who he allowed to park their truck in his lot at night. They paid him a for the parking space and they also got all their gas and service from the station.

Maybe you could work a deal with a nearby gas station to park your truck in their parking lot if you paid a little bit for the spot and promised to buy gas and get service from them.
If you are going to do the job...why not do it the right way?
