Are there any problems with multiple cameras seeing the same substream from a camera?
I cannot get two TPs to see the one camera.
It will work on one TP, but not the other and when doing a reset, the image may show up on the other TP, but not both.
So is this a substream problem , in which the Hikvision is only capable of a single substream?
If that is the case, what camera does do multiple substreams?
Not sure how to use Multicast or if that even works.
I may be schizophrenic, but at least I have each other.

Appreciate the response.

The camera passwords have already been changed.

May i ask how new your pyng firmware is? Ours is the newest from a week ago.

It was just a test at the shop and was completed a while ago. I haven't tested with the newest firmware on the Pyng. When I get some time I will test with latest Pyng firmware and see what happens and will update.
You can't fix stupid

If you still need help with this, try this:

Works for us on TSW panels.

Added a Hikvision camera to my location coinfig in Pyng via the scan. Added the camera fine, got all of the camera information, I configured the RTSP port but I have NO image coming in from the camera to the Pyng device. I understand that there is a specific path needed for the stream but I see no where to modify the stream path in Pyng. Is there a Manual way to edit the config or something that Im just not doing right?

I believe you have to log into the panel itself to do it. You can't do it from the panel itself - you need to use the web interface of the panel.
