Ive had the same annoying issue with ip scanner. Its surprising there isnt a more simple and easy to use scanner readily available.

Ive tried to download Fing for desktop but I can never get it to work. It seems to run using special commands I'm not familiar with. I use the app all the time.

I use iNet scanner on my iPhone but I am looking for a scanner that will work on my PC. I need something that will work on a wired only netowork. Angry works but iNet shows the manufacturer of the equipment and the MAC address of the device that responds. This is handy if I am looking for a specific device. Is there a PC option that gives that info?

Nevermind. After digging further down in Angry I found the options to add that info under Tools, Fetchers.
