No discretes, wasn't very impressed with them, for a little more money you can get a much better TV

Played with one at ADI. Seemed like relabeled from lower end of Sharp.

It has no discretes but is marketed as an integrators tv. Ouch. What a misstep.

WBox is ADI's house brand.
Nothing to do with Snap stuff.

Your still referencing a years old issue with a bad component in first-release wattboxes that Snap addressed promptly? Really?

I've only used their 19/22" CCTV monitors. They do the job, lets see how long they last, "Pro-Grade"...

No discretes for a display marketed towards integrators?

Really?

I was just at ADI earlier, I don't go there very often and I noticed the large amount of WBox stuff they are stocking. Makes sense that it is their house brand.

We are using the Wbox HDMI Cables, HDMI Switchers, and AV Cables. Seems fine to me. We really have to need to use the Wbox cams, since Gen4 and HIK are so inexpensive.

That would suck! Sharp makes the worst TVs ever and now somebody is using their lower end, ouch!

Yeah...about that. We are in the top 100 users of OVRC products nationwide (so Snap just told us) and we are still seeing a high failure rate with Wattboxes. That said, they are still a huge part of our service plan and we utilize them on a daily basis. We have faith that the problems will be worked out, and that OVRC will continue to add functionality, so even with the issues we have experienced we have no desire to jump ship.

That said, there are still issues, regardless of how great Snap has been at taking care of them.

We've used a couple of them as CCTV monitors and have not had performance problems, but they also have not seemed like they were necessarily as high quality as low-end Sharps. I mean, if Sharp had a low-end TV, wouldn't anyone selling it want to count on the brand name to squeeze an extra couple of bucks out of it, instead of putting it in a plain wrapper with a no-name brand on it?

I can also add something not exactly on topic, but perhaps representative: The mount that the ADI guy said was proper for the 32 inchers that we bought could not work with it. The VESA pattern on the TV was 100mm x 100mm and the mount could not attach to TVs with mounting holes closer together than about six inches. Yesterday, to mount one of these, I went to the van and located the 5" square cheap cheap Electrograph* flat mount that's been helping smooth my ride for a couple of years.

*That's how you know how long it's been in the van!
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
