I searched this topic and realize there is one already up but I am not looking to switch to another software. I have invested too much money to not give Bid magic a try. I has its quirks. We are on Pro level.
(1) I need to be able to use bid magic remotely. What is the best way to accomplish that?
(2) I will need 3 sales people to make bids remotely. Away from our main computer that is the host for the software.
(3) How well does it integrate with quickbooks Online?

1. Use the enterprise version and have VPN to your server. 2. This is no problem as long as you have a license for each computer. 3. Don't know. We use QB Enterprise.
Alternatively you could use a single license and have the computer running LogMeIn and run with a single user setup.
